Regional Race Advisory Committee
Tye Nosakhere is Regional Race Officer and secretary to RRAC. Telephone 0115 9607171 or email . The committee is open to all members endorsed by their branch. Training for activists on Black and Ethnic Minority Issues takes place at The GMB’s National College.
The Regional Race Committee is elected at the Regional Race Conference. The Committee currently consists of 11 GMB members and meets bi-monthly at GMB Regional Office, Nottingham to discuss current issues and campaigns. One member also sits on the National Race Committee.
