Project targets
Each Region’s Organising Team will have a maximum of three National Project Targets and six Regional Project Targets. These are put on Organising boards in Offices across the Region.
National targets are suggested by Regions at National meetings and are then debated and, hopefully, agreed.
Similarly, Regional targets are proposed from Reps, Branches, Servicing or Organising Officers and are then considered at Regional Organising Team and Regional Management Team meeting where they are adopted.
